|
wash the feet well
|
|

|
put feet into saucepan and cover with cold water
|
|

|
stew until all of the meat falls from the bones
|
|
4
|
place the meat in a pie dish
|
|
5
|
season and fill the pie dish 1/2 full with gravy from the saucepan
|
|

|
cover with flaky pastry
|
|
7
|
bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour or until the pastry is golden brown
|
|
8
|
take from the oven and allow to cool
|
|
9
|
serve cold
|
