lean juicy beef without fat

 

1 tsp

salt

 

Method

cut beef into small pieces about the size of a dice

put it into a saucepan with 1 pint of cold water and bring to boil

add salt and heat  gently for 30 to 45 minutes

strain and set in cool place

when required  warm the quantity required and serve in cup or basin
