Ingredients

9 gallons

water

 

3 lb

brown sugar

 

4 tbs

yeast

 

Method

boil hops and water slowly for 50 min's

strain over the sugar into container

when lukewarm add the yeast

allow to ferment until bubbles stop rising

drawn into cask or bottle
