Sieve the flour

add the nutmeg

rub the scraps well into the flour

add sugar and fruit and mix well

add sufficient milk to mix all together

beat well and stir in the bicarbonate of soda

Once the mix is fairly stiff put into small cake tins greased well
|

|
Bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven
