Dry the oysters

Lay each oyster around a slice of bacon

season and sprinkle with chopped parsley

roll bacon around oyster and secure with wooden toothpick

place oysters in baking tray

bake in hot oven for 10 minutes until bacon is crisp

remove toothpick and serve with buttered toast
